Claus var ännu en Canon-dansk. Han tillhörde gänget som träffades regelbundet på The Hairy Canary och som togs under den väldige Frank Königs vingars skugga, Nu frestas jag att låta historien halka in och börja handla om Frank istället, men eftersom han tyvärr lämnat Facebook så blir det kapitlet aldrig skrivet.

Claus och jag umgicks inte så mycket, faktiskt. Det blev naturligtvis en hel del afterwork, inte bara på Hairy Canary. Minns jag helt tokigt om jag säger att Claus lämnade TechTeam ett tag för att sedan komma tillbaka?

Det känns alltid lika pinsamt när de här inläggen blir korta. Åren på TechTeam har en tendens att flyta ihop emellanåt. Det var ju minst sagt inte så själsligt utvecklande. Tur då att det fanns glada, trevliga och kunniga medarbetare som Claus att dränka sorgerna med.

Claus bor fortfarande i Bryssel. Han jobbar fortfarande på ScanSource, och det känns nästan skönt att åtminstone någon av de nomadiserande nordiska Canon-själarna har funnit sin plats i livet.

Claus was another Canon Dane. He was part of the Hairy Canary gang, and was taken under the wings of the great Frank König.Here I am tempted to let this blog turn into a story about Frank, but since he has left Facebook, that will remain a chapter never written.

Claus and I did not hang out that much, actually. Naturally there were the usual afterworks, not only at The Hairy Canary. Is my memory failing me if I claim that Claus left Tech Team fo a while only to return some months later?

It’s always a little embarassing when the blogs run short. The Tech Team years tend to blend into each other from time to time. It wasn’t the most intellectually stimulating job one could find, if you see what I mean. Lucky for me there were happy, nice and clever colleagues like Claus to help one drown one’s sorrows.

Claus still lives in Brussels, and he’s still at ScanSource. It’s nice to see that at least one of the nomadic Scandinavian souls of TechTeam found his place in life after all. 😉
